Fast Dry Courts

Many people don't realize that not all fast dry courts are created equal. There are two basic types and they are very different. 85% of the courts in this area are Clay Loam courts. They consist of a thin layer of fast dry material over sand and loam. They were put in by alot of builders and they are not True Har-Tru Courts. Hartru courts are green crushed natural stone with a chemical binder over a base of stone and screenings. This allows them to have much better drainage then a Clay Loam court.

Court Openings

Opening a Fast Dry Court is mandatory. You need to remove all the old material that has lost its binding properties, and replace it with new. We offer two options for court openings.

Option 1: STANDAND OPENING

1. Remove the old surface 6. Roll court

2. Roll the court 7.Application of 100lbs.of calcium chloride

3. Application of 2 tons of Lee Fast Dry Material 8. Paint the net posts

4. Roll the court 9. Application of weed killer as needed

5. Put down lines and hang net

If you chooses this option, you can choose a maintenance plan for your service.

Option 2: SUPREME OPENING

1. Remove the old surface 7. Application of 200lbs.of calcium chloride

2. Roll Court 8. Paint the net posts

3. Application of 3 tons of Lee Fast Dry Material 9. Application of weed killer as needed

4. Roll the court 10. Weekly Maintenance
